HARDBACK – A near fine book bound in the publisher’s red cloth boards with black lettering to the spine. The boards are very clean and fresh with no fading to the spine or to the panels. Internally, the text blocks and inner text are clean, there is a neat contemporary name present to the upper front end-paper, else very clean internally with no finger marks or foxing spots inset. The dust wrapper is also in near fine condition with some very mild age related soiling to the corner of the rear flap fold. There is very mild rubbing to the spine tips, but the wrapper is free of loss or tears, with the all important publishers printed price of 7s.6d.net present to the bottom corner of the front flap, denoting a correct UK first edition copy.
