PAPERBACK – CORRECT UK FIRST EDITION – A near fine or better copy bound in the publisher’s illustrated paper boards. There is just very minor fading to the spine, also with a very small faint indentation to the upper corner of the front panel. The front and rear panels are very clean indeed with no creasing, and with no laminate lifting or loss to the paper covers. Internally, the pages are lightly toned, but much less than is encountered. Free of any foxing, with no previous owner names or inscriptions inset. The book is the correct UK first edition with the Wendy Cooling review to the front panel, the Philosophers printing error to the rear panel and with the correct 10-1 number sequence found to the copy-rite page. A very nice book that looks unread and would be a fine+ copy if not for the light fading to the spine. We have handled numerous copies of this title in nearly twenty years of buying and selling Harry Potter titles. This copy is the cleanest example we have handled.
