HARDBACK – A very good book with the publisher’s clean red boards. There is pushing to the base of the spine, but the boards are very clean indeed. Internally, the inner pages are clean with two small tape remnant marks present to the front and rear end-papers. The book is free of any previous owner names or inscriptions. The red top stain has faded a few shades The dust wrapper is in very good condition with shallow chipping to the spine tip, more so to the base of the spine, also with toning to the spine with fading to the red lettering. A few hairline marks to the spine, but overall, a very good dust wrapper which is the correct first state, and one of only 3000 copies printed, with no reviews to the rear upper panel. The publishers printed price of 21s.net has been neatly clipped from the front flap, but is present to the rear flap. 002070
