HARDBACK – A near fine book bound in the publisher’s maroon cloth boards with unfaded gilt lettering present to the spine. Light pushing to the spine tips, else very clean and fresh. Internally the closed page block and inner pages are very clean indeed with no toning or foxing present. There is a small faint crease line to the bottom corner of the title page, as can be seen in picture three, The book is free of any previous owner names or inscriptions. Inscribed to the title page without dedication by Bobby Moore, the inscription reads BEST WISHES / BOBBY MOORE / 8.12.76 The dust wrapper is in very good or better condition with just a hint of toning to the panels, but much less than what is normally encountered with this title. Free of any loss, tears or chipping. The publisher’s printed price of £ 4.25 is present to the lower corner of the front flap. An attractive copy.
