Description
HARDBACK – A very good book, bound in the publisher’s red cloth boards with black lettering present to the spine. The boards are clean with light pushing to the spine tips. There are two small fading patches to the spine tips that coincide with the chips present to the dust wrapper. This is reassuring and confirms that both the book and dust wrapper have always been together, and are not a marriage. Internally there is toning and mild foxing to the closed page blocks, the inner pages are clean, but with the odd faint mark when looking through the text. A tightly bound book, free of any previous owner names or inscriptions. The dust wrapper is in very good condition with shallow chipping to the spine tips, also with a couple of small closed tears present. There is shallow loss to the corners of the front and rear flap folds, also with some rubbing to the extremities. There is fading to the spine, but overall a very good dust wrapper that has been price clipped. A very scarce wartime title. Seller Inventory # 002611
