HARDBACK – A good or slightly better book bound in the publisher’s red boards that have a couple of stain marks to the front panel with fading to the spine, probably due to a lack of a dust wrapper for a number of years. Internally, the inner pages are clean, as is the red stained page block with no signs of foxing to the inner text. Inscribed by the author to the front end-paper – INSCRIBED BY / WINSTON CHURCHILL / 1950 There is a neat Tony M Chance book plate below the inscription. To the rear of the book is a Churchill news paper article neatly glued to the rear paste down, also a couple of other Churchill articles neatly glued to the final page, adjacent to the rear paste-down. The supplied dust wrapper is in near fine condition with a little rubbing to the spine tips, but with no loss or tears. Included with this title are copies of Step by Step, My Early Life and Thoughts and Adventures. All three books are 1948 reprints. They are fine copies in near fine dust wrapper’s to compliment the author inscribed copy.
