HARDBACK – A very good book, bound in the publisher’s red cloth boards with black lettering to the spine. There is a minor crease line mark to the centre of the front panel with a minor crease to the upper spine. Internally, there is the usual toning to the page block, also to the inner text due to the paper stock used in the books production. Free of any previous owner names or inscriptions. Inscribed by the author to the title page. The inscription reads – FOR CAMILLE CLAXTON, / WITH FOND BEST WISHES / JACK FINNEY. Also included is a typed signed, dated in September 1977. The letter is addressed to the owner of the inscribed book. The TSL is enclosed in the authors addressed envelope. Finally there is an R.S.V.P Christmas party at the Finney’s invite card dated from December 1977. The dust wrapper is in very good or better condition with shallow chipping to the spine tips. A little rubbing to the top corner of the front flap fold, but overall, the dust wrapper is clean example with the publisher’s printed price of 10s.6d net present to the base of the front flap.
