Description

HARDBACK – A very good book with a neat name present to the front end-paper. Internally, the pages are clean with the odd light foxing mark to the inner text as well as to the page block. Light off-setting to the end-papers, but overall a nice clean book with bright boards with just a little pushing to the spine tips. The dust wrapper is in near very good condition with chipping to the spine tips, also with toning to the spine. There is chipping to the top corners of the front and rear panels, but with no other loss. A spine hinge has weakened over time, with a previous owner having placed a very fine strip of filmoplast tape to the reverse of the dust wrapper. This has been done to a very high standard, and has prevented the hinge from weakening any further. A very good copy in its original dust wrapper, and a Haycroft Queen Cornertstone title.
