HARDBACK – A very good book with a child’s name present to the upper title page. Internally, the book is clean with the odd mark here and there to the inner text, but with no foxing to the closed text block. The blue boards are clean with just light spotting to the spine. The dust wrapper is in near very good condition. There are three chips to the spine tip with small chips to the corners of the front and rear flap folds. There is a large repaired tear to the corner of the front panel next to the flap fold. The chip is discreet, but large at around five inches long. The publishers printed price of 10s.6dnet is present to the front flap. The correct UK first edition.
