HARDBACK – A near fine or better book bound in the publisher’s black cloth boards with gilt text to the spine. Internally, the page block and inner text are very clean indeed with no signs of foxing to the page block or to the inner text.The red top stain is bright and without fading. There is a signature present to the front end-paper. The signature is of Alan Williams. Alan Emlyn Williams was an ex-foreign correspondent, novelist and writer of numerous thrillers. Signed and dated by the author to the title page without dedication. The dust wrapper is in fine condition with no loss or tears, and with no fading to the spine. The publisher’s printed price of £1.50 net is present to the front flap.
