HARDBACK – A very good book that has been signed by Sir Roger Bannister to the ffep. There is light foxing to the first and last couple of pages, and to the text block. The book is tightly bound, and free of any previous owner names or Inscriptions. The dust wrapper is a nice example, that has not been price clipped, showing the correct price of 15s.net. The dust wrapper’s colours are bright, and virtually free of any loss. We have included with the book, an official Tokyo Olympic post card, signed by Chris Brasher, who also ran in the historic race at the Iffley Road Stadium Oxford, and Co founded the London Marathon in 1981, as well as been an Olympic Gold Medalist at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics.
