HARDBACK – A very good or better book bound in the publisher’s brown cloth boards with gilt text to the spine. Internally, the page block has a small stain to the bottom corner that does not encroach into the inner text. The inner text is very clean indeed with no signs of foxing.The dark top stain is without fading. There is a signature and 1976 date present to the half title page. The signature is of Alan Williams. Alan Emlyn Williams was an ex-foreign correspondent, novelist and writer of numerous thrillers. Signed by the author to the title page without dedication. The dust wrapper is in fine condition with no loss or tears, and with no fading to the spine. The publisher’s printed price of £2.75 net is present to the front flap.
